Return & Refund Policy

At Kashmir Future Tour and Travel, we understand that travel plans can change. We aim to be as flexible and transparent as possible regarding cancellations and refunds.


Cancellation by the Customer:
a. More than 30 days before departure: 100% refund, minus any non-refundable booking fees.
b. 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
c. Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
d. No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Components:
Some components such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa charges, and other third-party services may be non-refundable, as per their respective policies.

??Cancellation by Kashmir Future Tour and Travel:
If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings, a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule or receive a credit for future travel.

Force Majeure:
In case of natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee any refunds in such scenarios.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
